Talent Acquisition Assistant (TAA) serves as assistant to the Talent Acquisition Director and supports the TA function overall. S/he is responsible for administering a variety of employment related tasks and interacts with a wide range of employees at all levels in addition to external candidates seeking opportunities.
Manage administrative and logistical components of domestic and international search processes, which includes: posting jobs internally and externally; coordinating complex interview schedules domestically and internationally; creating offer letters and conducting background checks for new hires
Support Talent Acquisition team in preparing a variety of reports and presentations, including our annual Talent Acquisition metrics
Manage the temporary employees process, which includes responding to requests for coverage, interviewing candidates, tracking bill and pay rates and establishing pipeline of frequently used temporary employees
Maintain strong working relationships with external parties including temporary agencies, search firms and other vendors
